Kyle Samuel, of KS Custom Builders, LLC, is a lifelong Connecticut resident who takes great pride in realizing his clients’ dreams. He holds an undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University (2010) and a Master’s degree from the University of Connecticut (2012), and was previously a licensed CPA. Kyle has completed several projects along the Connecticut shoreline and inland — from Chester to Cheshire and Madison to North Haven. Originally founded as a foundation business, CYC steadily expanded its expertise to include earthwork, general contracting, and property development, earning a reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliability. Whitney, a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, brings a strong educational background and a passion for construction and community development to his role.
